Rest assured that your orders will be appropriately packed for their shipping experience. Hair and body care products are placed in a carton box, and well-stuffed to minimise chances of spillage.
Local Shipping within Singapore
Delivery via courier is complimentary with orders of at least S$40. Otherwise, a delivery fee of S$4 applies upon checkout.

Our packages will generally reach you within 3 working days. At times, due to the festive season, high volume or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may unfortunately be delayed.
Should no one be around to receive the package when it is being delivered, you may call the courier company directly to arrange for another delivery date and time. The courier may also call the telephone number that was stated in your pout order. This being the case, it is important that you leave a contact number when you check out your order. We will send you details of the tracking number and courier company once your order is shipped out.

Some of our products however, may not be shipped overseas due to either their ingredients or packaging. This information will be indicated in each respective product page.
