Refund Policy

Refunds. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you can notify us within three (3) hours of placing your order. Please ensure you include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and we will advise you on the process. After which, we will not be able to entertain any order cancellations or modifications, and the transaction will be considered complete.

There may be rare instances where we may not be able to process your order, and this may be due to reasons such as:

  • where goods are not available

  • where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment

  • if there has been a pricing or product description error

In such cases where funds have already been received, you will receive a full refund.

Missing Items. We understand receiving your Products on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition. Please contact us with your order confirmation number in the subject so we can process your request promptly and organise replacements for missing Products.

Exchange. If a wrong product was sent inadvertently, we will be happy to exchange it with the right product, provided the item is completely unopened and unused, with the seal intact. We reserve the right to reject your request for an exchange if the item(s) do not comply with the above requirements.

Please notify us within 7 working days upon delivery with your order number in the subject line and a photograph of the product(s) so we can review your case. Once our customer service team has confirmed that the item(s) are eligible for exchange, we will contact you to arrange the exchange.

An exchange is also subjected to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you may then opt for a refund instead.

Fraud and Abuse. In the event we suspect any fraudulent claims in respect of refunds we have the right to withhold any refund until such time as you can prove that the refund claim is genuine.
