How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points on the cart page; not on the checkout page. First make sure that you log into your account. The system will automatically link it to the right pout PERKS account using your email. Then, go to the cart and click on the blue redeem button below the cart. If you don't have an account yet, simply create one to start earning PERK Points!

Do my points expire?
PERK Points expire 180 days from the time they are earned.

What happens to my PERK Points if I cancel an order?
We will credit back your PERK Points if your order is cancelled.

I have a discount code.  Can I use it together with my PERK Points?
At this time, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with PERK Points.
