Shopping FAQ


All prices reflected are in Singapore dollars and true to what you will pay for your items. There are no packing charges, but there is a minimum spend amount to qualify for free shipping. Please see FAQ on Shipping for details.



We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (using PayPal) and Bank Transfer. After you proceed to Checkout, you will be able to see these options under "PAYMENT" section.  If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please choose the PayPal option as well.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

How to use Bank Transfer

Please follow the instructions given when you choose Bank Transfer as Payment Method during check-out. After making payment, send an email to email to let us know that you have paid for your order. Your package will be on its way once we verify that funds have been successfully received, and an shipping email will be sent to notify you.


Placing an Order

After you place an order successfully through our online checkout process, an order acknowledgement will be sent to you via email with your shipping and order details. 

There may be rare instances where we may not be able to process your order and this may be due to reasons such as:

- where goods are not available;
- where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment; and/or
- if there has been a pricing or product description error.

In such cases where funds have already been received, you will receive a full refund.


Privileges and Promotions

From time to time, we may run some special product promotions that may even mean you get free items thrown in. Promotion details may be found in the PROMOTIONS tab of each respective brand's page.

Remember that our pout PERKS program earns you an equivalent of approximately 5% of purchase value in points. These points may be used to offset the cost of future purchases. Learn more about pout PERKS here.

All products where expiry dates are not stated have shelf life of more than 1 year from point of purchase. If a product is on clearance sale due to its expiry, the expiry date will be stated in the drop down list beside the Add to Cart button.

All promotions, discounts, privileges, contests and other programs may be subject to additional terms and conditions which can be found within our website.

Our decision on all matters relating to the above-mentioned is final and binding. We reserve the right to discontinue any promotions, discounts, privileges, contests and other programmes, at any time without notice or liability.



Rest assured that your orders will be appropriately packed for their shipping experience. Hair and body care products are bubble-wrapped, placed in a carton box, and well-stuffed to minimise chances of spillage.

Delivery via SF Express courier is complimentary with orders of at least S$40. Otherwise, a delivery fee of S$4 applies upon checkout.

Our packages will generally reach you within 3 working days. At times, due to the festive season, high volume or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may unfortunately be delayed.

Should no one be around to receive the package when it is being delivered,  you may call the SF Express service hotline, 1800 311 1111, to arrange for another delivery date and time.  SF Express may also call the telephone number that was stated in your pout order. This being the case, it is important that you leave a contact number when you check out your order.

On occasions where the need arises, we may use courier companies other than SF Express to deliver your package to you.

Yes, we previously offered free shipping with orders of at least S$30. These were sent by via Singpost non-registered mail. We no longer provide this option because delivery time frames were inconsistent and missing parcels could not be traced.


Regional Shipping

pout ships across selected countries in Asia.

Some of our products (eg. TRISLIDE & NATURIGIN), however, may not be shipped overseas due to either their ingredients or packaging. This information will be indicated in each respective product page.

Please note that your country may have in place certain import regulations or impose charges or taxes when the package enters the country. Customers will be responsible for understanding the specific regulations in your country, as well as for these charges and taxes.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you can notify us by email to email within three (3) hours of placing your order. After which, we will not be able to entertain any order cancellations or modifications, and the transaction will be considered complete.



Due to the nature of products we carry, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange of goods.
